A place where Pokémon card collectors in Israel list cards, find each other and agree on deals. Deals are between the two members: Trade App doesn't sell cards, doesn't hold money or cards, and isn't a side to any deal. The app is in testing, so things may change or break.
You sign in with Google. One account per person, 16 or older (younger with a parent's permission). Keep your Google account safe - what's done from it counts as yours.
List only cards you own and can hand over. The photos, set, number, edition, condition and grade must be of the card itself. No fakes, proxies or reprints sold as real. Prices are in shekels. There are no fees while we test.
Tapping Buy (or winning an auction, or an accepted offer) makes a deal at that price. Choose pick-up or delivery within 48 hours, or the seller may cancel. You pay the seller directly, as you agree - not through the app.
A bid is a promise to buy at that price if you win. Don't bid on your own auctions or a friend's to push the price up, and don't use a second account.
Pick-up places are public places only. Meet in daylight where there are people, check the card before you pay, and never share more personal details than the deal needs.
A delivery is arranged between the buyer and the seller: the seller sends the card to the buyer's address, by post or a courier you agree on by message. The buyer pays the shipping, to the seller or the courier as you agree. Trade App doesn't arrange, collect money for, insure or track deliveries. Once the seller has sent the card, anything that goes wrong on the way (lost, late or damaged) is the buyer's responsibility - pay for tracking or insurance if you want it. The seller must pack it well and send what was listed.
The rules are shown in Settings > Account status. Reports are read by a person. You can tell your side before anything is decided and appeal a decision once. Depending on the rule and what happened before, the result is a warning, a pause of one part of the account (buying, selling or bidding), a suspension, or closing the account. Nothing of this is shown to other members.
You keep what you post (photos, descriptions, messages). You let Trade App show it in the app for the purpose of trading, and keep it as the Privacy page says.
Trade App gives the place to meet, as it is. We aren't responsible for a card's condition, authenticity or price, or for what happens in a meeting or a delivery between members. We don't take money for deals or shipping and aren't a party to them - but we do act on reports.
We may change these terms; the app will show the new date. Israeli law applies.

מפרסמים רק קלפים שבבעלותכם ושאפשר למסור. התמונות, הסט, המספר, המהדורה, המצב והדירוג חייבים להיות של הקלף עצמו. בלי זיופים, פרוקסי או הדפסות חוזרות שנמכרים כמקור. המחירים בשקלים. אין עמלות בתקופת הבדיקה.
לחיצה על קנייה (או זכייה במכרז, או הצעה שהתקבלה) יוצרת עסקה במחיר הזה. בוחרים איסוף או משלוח תוך 48 שעות, אחרת המוכר יכול לבטל. משלמים ישירות למוכר, כמו שסיכמתם - לא דרך האפליקציה.
הצעה במכרז היא התחייבות לקנות במחיר הזה אם זוכים. אסור להציע על המכרזים שלכם או של חבר כדי להעלות מחיר, ואסור חשבון נוסף.
מקומות איסוף הם מקומות ציבוריים בלבד. נפגשים באור יום במקום עם אנשים, בודקים את הקלף לפני שמשלמים, ולא משתפים יותר פרטים אישיים ממה שהעסקה צריכה.
משלוח מסודר בין הקונה למוכר: המוכר שולח את הקלף לכתובת של הקונה, בדואר או בשליח שמסכמים עליו בהודעה. הקונה משלם על המשלוח, למוכר או לשליח כמו שסיכמתם. Trade App לא מארגנת משלוחים, לא גובה עליהם כסף, לא מבטחת ולא עוקבת אחריהם. אחרי שהמוכר שלח את הקלף, כל מה שקורה בדרך (אבד, התעכב או נפגע) באחריות הקונה - אם רוצים מעקב או ביטוח, משלמים עליהם. המוכר חייב לארוז היטב ולשלוח את מה שפורסם.
הכללים מוצגים בהגדרות > מצב החשבון. דיווחים נקראים על ידי אדם. אפשר לספר את הצד שלכם לפני שמשהו מוחלט, ולערער פעם אחת על החלטה. לפי הכלל ומה שקרה קודם, התוצאה היא אזהרה, השהיה של חלק מהחשבון (קנייה, מכירה או הצעות במכרזים), השעיה, או סגירת החשבון. שום דבר מזה לא מוצג לחברים אחרים.
מה שאתם מפרסמים (תמונות, תיאורים, הודעות) נשאר שלכם. אתם מרשים ל-Trade App להציג אותו באפליקציה לצורך המסחר, ולשמור אותו כמו שכתוב בעמוד הפרטיות.
Trade App נותנת את המקום להיפגש, כמו שהוא. איננו אחראים למצב הקלף, למקוריותו או למחירו, או למה שקורה בפגישה או במשלוח בין חברים. איננו גובים כסף על עסקאות או משלוחים ואיננו צד להם - אבל אנחנו מטפלים בדיווחים.
ייתכן שנשנה את התנאים; האפליקציה תציג את התאריך החדש. חל הדין הישראלי.
